This is a luxurious course that allows you to enjoy Kumamoto's rich food culture all at once.Enjoy the fresh flavors of the Ariake Nori Salad, followed by the exquisite taste of the horse sashimi platter.Ichimoji Guru Guru and Karashi Renkon are traditional delicacies unique to Kumamoto.I enjoyed the delicious meat from the yakitori platter and charcoal-grilled chicken thighs, and was also impressed by the creaminess of the horse meat croquettes.Finish off with a heartwarming final dish of grilled rice balls with chazuke.
